ARCO only collects personal data provided by Users about themselves, including but not limited to the following:

a)Identification and commercial data: name, surnames, email address, company name, professional occupation and professional contact.

c)Work applications: name, surnames, email address, professional contact, academic and professional history and experience.

ARCO will process the User’s data to:

b)Manage the User’s relationship with ARCO, including requests for information, content or services;

c)Subscription to newsletters and other publications;

The legal basis for data processing is the User´s consent, the legitimate interest of ARCO and, where applicable, the contractual relationship between the User and ARCO.

ARCO will keep the User’s data for the duration of the contractual obligations derived from the requested services and until the termination of the legal, contractual or professional responsibilities or obligations that require their conservation.

The data necessary for the services provided by ARCO or used to send newsletters, legal news or other publications will be kept until the User opposes continuing to receive said service.

ARCO will not disclose the User’s personal data to third parties except under legal obligation, notwithstanding that the User’s data may be communicated to the different ARCO offices – which may be consulted at https://www.arcoabogados.es/es/contacto.

ARCO will not transfer data to third parties unless strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship with ARCO or with the User’s previous authorization.

When applicable, the Users may exercise their right of access to data; right to rectification of any inaccurate data; right to erasure of the data, if possible; right to restriction of the processing; right to notification; right to data portability, when the contractual relationship or the User consent enable ARCO; right to object to the processing of data; and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Likewise, the User have the Right to complain with a supervisory authority. For this purpose, the User can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency, (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) through this link www.aepd.es. In addition, the Users may exercise any other right that is granted by current regulations.

Users rights may be exercised by sending a written notice to ARCO, C. Marqués de la Ensenada, 2, 1º, 28004 – Madrid; or by email to the email address arcoabogados@arcoabogados.es, indicating the right to exercise and the personal particulars with proof of identity.

ARCO will adopt the security measures required by current regulations and will have the technical and/or organizational measures at its disposal to guarantee the security of the data.

The User must provide truthful information and inform ARCO of any change in their personal data.

If the User provide information to ARCO about another person, must ensure that comply with any legal obligations that may apply to the provision of the information to ARCO.

ARCO is not responsible for the consequences derived from the delivery of inaccurate data, and the user must assume full responsibility.
